Whether in-house at Lilly Pulitzer ($250M), Victoria’s Secret ($7B) or Julia Berolzheimer’s Gal Meets Glam ($35M), Caroline was able to develop creative ways to delight consumers and fuel sales.
After creating such a vast network from her time in-house at retail companies, launching CWT Consulting Group was a no-brainer.
